Week 5 of "The Challenge"

About a week ago I posted about working my way through the 100 push ups challenge. I'm trying to go through the routine once doing on-my-knees style push ups, and if I can finish the 100 challenge, I want to go through the whole program again doing full push ups.

There is an exhaustion test at the end of week 4. I did....48! 48 knee push ups until I just couldn't anymore. I think I managed 8 for the initial test before starting the program.

Week 5 looks tough. I might have to do this one a couple of times...we shall see!
