On February 2, 2013, over 1000 runners from 24 countries around the world participated in the first ever worldwide fake marathon. They received race t-shirts, race bibs, and other race gear from us – the rest was entirely up to them. Over the course of the day, hundreds and hundreds of pictures were posted from all over the world.My husband and our friends were the runners. JR Blackwell was the very talented photographer.
A lack of "race" bibs led to a very silly narrative of a luchador scorned.
